The Victorian Themed Room
Wish you could travel? We have carefully thought of every detail in this unique and themed home. The living room has a consistent Moroccan theme throughout and each room has it's own specially themed decor.
We have provided you with Wifi and Prime TV in every room. Parking provided. We clean with STRONG, HEAVY DUTY chemicals in the home. Everything is sanitized and safe.

​The space

This is the upstairs portion of a semi detached home. We have been in this area for almost 30 years and it is very quiet and the neighbors are all very friendly. You will have shared use of the living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. In the Summer or on Spring days feel free to explore the backyard.
Your room will be private and be equipped with a pinpad locking system. The home has been renovated and all the furniture and appliances are brand new. Feel free to use the fireplace area, grab a book and enjoy the view of the balcony or cozy up in front of the fire with your loved one. Or if you simply feel like relaxing in front of the television and catching your favorite show there is a 55" TV available in the family room for your use. Coffee/Tea Station included in each stay. Towels, blankets, pillows are also available. Hope you enjoy staying here just as much as we enjoyed decorating it.
Please be aware there are tenants that live in the basement. They have a completely seperate unit and entrance. But the noise must be kept down after 11 Pm as it is disturbing to other tenants.
Please also note this is a semi detached. Absolutely no smoking of any kind will be tolerated. If you would like to smoke please do so outside on the driveway, on the front patio or on the back deck.
No loud parties. A deduction will be made to your damage deposit if we find out there has been a disruptive, damaging party.

​Other things to note

​There are 5 cameras on the property total. Three outside and two INSIDE the home. The ones inside are in the common living room and kitchen because these rooms are rented individually as well as as an entire unit. So common areas are monitored. Please be aware of this before booking.
